Every mention has a unique URL that you can send to your colleagues or YouScan support teams.

There are two types of links you can share:

An external link, which you can share with people who don't have YouScan access. It contains the original publication on the platform where the mention was posted.

To get this link, click on the "Share" button.

Now copy the link. The URL will copy to your clipboard, and you can now share it with your colleagues.

An internal link, which shows the mention inside a YouScan topic. You can share these links with users who have access to the topic. These links can be sent to our support team in case you have a question about a specific publication.

To get an internal mention link, click the three dots in the upper right-hand corner of a mention and select "Open mention."

Copy the URL in the address bar and paste it into your message. You can now share the link with anyone who has access to your YouScan topic.

Happy monitoring! 😉
