If you have several teams or departments simultaneously working with mentions in YouScan, then you have likely run into the need to leave internal notes for colleagues on the platform.

In YouScan, you can add a note to any mention, which will be visible to all users in your account.

Internal notes can help you:

  • leave relevant comments for your teammates;
  • save templated replies;
  • add a short description of the context for a post thread.

To add a note, click on the three dots in the upper right-hand corner of a mention and select "Add note."

To edit a note, click on the three dots in the upper right-hand corner of a mention and select "Change note."
