The Statistics section provides a clear overview of how your topics and channels are performing. Use it to monitor data volumes, track recent changes, and manage your account's collection limits efficiently.

You’ll find this feature in Account Settings → Statistics.
Topics section
Monitor the activity and volume of your monitoring topics. This tab helps you understand which topics consume the most data and when they were last updated.
The Topics table includes:
Topic ID: Unique identifier for each topic.
Topic Name: The name you assigned to the topic.
Last Changes By: Shows which user last edited the topic settings.
Last Activity: The date and time of the most recent mention collected.
Collected Total: The total number of mentions gathered within the selected period.
Filter and sort topic data
You can customize the view to find specific information quickly:
Status Filter: Click "All" to filter topics by their current status: Active, Paused, or Deleted.
Date Range: Use the calendar in the top right corner to select a specific period for your statistics.
Export: Click the "Export" button to download your current view as a CSV file for further analysis.
Channels section
Track the performance of specific sources connected to your topics. This is especially useful for monitoring dedicated pages or accounts.
The Channels table includes:
Topic ID: The ID of the topic the channel belongs to.
Topic Name: The name of the associated topic.
Source: The platform type (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
Name: The specific name of the monitored page or account.
Link: A direct to the monitored source.
Manage channel views
Source Filtering: Sort or filter by specific platforms to see how different social media sources contribute to your data collection.
Data Export: Just like with Topics, you can export your channel statistics to a CSV file.
