Why I don’t receive a message?

Possible causes:

  • Recipient phone number is not a WhatsApp phone number.

  • Recipient has not accepted WhatsApp’s new Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. To receive messages from YouScan you need to accept the latest WhatsApp Terms of Service:

  • Recipient is using an old, unsupported version of the WhatsApp client for their phone.

Good luck! Don’t hesitate to reach out to us via chat with any questions about setting up your WhatsApp integration :)
