​Why I don’t receive a message

Step 1: Navigate to the topic «Settings» and select «Integrations» from the right-hand menu;

​Step 2: Click «+ Add» next to the WhatsApp integration;
​

​Step 3: Enter WhatsApp phone number, integration name you want to create and click «Test integration»;

☝️ Please note that you can create an integration with only one number. Currently, there is no option available to create a group chat integration.
​

If everything goes well, you will receive a test message on WhatsApp. Click «Continue» in this message.
​
☝️ It may take 2-3 minutes to send a message. Don't worry if it doesn't arrive instantly.
​

Step 4: Click «Add integration» in a system.
​

​🎉 Congratulations! Your private messages integration is ready!

You can use Rules to create conditional statements in order to automatically send mentions to WhatsApp. For example: You can set this up to send specific mentions to private chat.
​

It is also possible to get all the new mentions to WhatsApp messenger. Just select all mentions without applied filters and hit the yellow magic wand to create a rule.

You can also send individual mentions to WhatsApp manually. To do so, click on the "Share" button on the mention and select the desired integration.

To delete the integration:
1. Navigate to the topic «Settings» and select «Integrations» from the right-hand menu;
​2. Click on the integration and in the window that appears, hover over the name of the integration and click on the bin icon.

☝️If you have created a rule with an integration, you must first delete the rule. Then you can delete the integration.
