You can assign specific access levels to different users to control who can view, edit, or manage your data. This ensures your workflow remains secure and organized as your team grows.

☝️ These features are included by default in the Enterprise plan and are available as add-ons for Listen and Analyze plans. Contact your manager to learn more about these add-ons or to enable them for your account.

Creating topics

For users with "Member" status, you can manually enable or disable their ability to create new topics. This helps you manage your account's topic limit and ensures only authorized users initiate new searches.

💡 Tip: Use "Read only" access for clients or stakeholders who need to see results but shouldn't interfere with your data tagging or search logic.
