Subjects section includes:
Conversation Clusters
Conversation Clusters provides a dynamic visual map of all major conversations surrounding your topic. By organizing discussions into clusters, you can easily see how different conversations interconnect and which topics are most heavily discussed.
Graph View: A central graph visualizes how various subtopics connect, with each conversation represented by a color-coded bubble. The lines between bubbles indicate the strength of their connection, showing how frequently two subtopics are mentioned together.
Exploration Options: Zoom in on specific clusters to dive deeper into a conversation. Hover over a bubble to view details like the conversation's name, total mentions, and unique mentions within that cluster.
Additional Insights: When working with Conversational Clusters, you can also:
- See the latest changes in popular conversations compared to the same period of time
Hover over the bubble to see the percentage change in the number of mentions of the topic in conversations. The system compares the number of mentions for the time period selected in your topic to the number of mentions for the prior same period of time.
For example, if you select a date range of 30 days in your topic, the system will compare data to the previous 30 days.
- Analyze the sentiment associated with each cluster to understand audience mood.
- Identify groups of frequently co-occurring phrases, helping you recognize emerging themes.
With Conversational Clusters, you gain a clear overview of how different topics are discussed in relation to each other, making it easier to spot overarching trends and topics.
By clicking on “T”, you can remove the bubble and see only the text. To return the bubble, click on the button with it
Subject Distribution
The Subject Distribution section provides a quantitative breakdown of conversations within your topic, showing both the percentage and total mentions for each subject. This visual overview helps you identify which subjects dominate discussions, allowing you to focus on the most relevant areas.
Visual Representation: A chart displays each subject’s share within the conversation. For instance, if your topic is “Apple,” you might see that in addition to “Technology,” “Celebrities” are also frequently discussed.
Potential Crises
Potential Crises helps you spot conversations that may indicate emerging issues, providing an opportunity to manage potential problems before they grow into full-scale crises.
Crisis Indicators: This section highlights topics showing signs of increased negativity or sensitivity, often signaling potential concerns.
Proactive Management: By identifying these signs early, you have a chance to clarify, engage, or respond in a way that can prevent escalation, helping protect your brand’s reputation.
This feature functions as an early warning system, empowering you to monitor and manage risks in real-time, and you can download this information for further analysis.
