How to delete an integration in YouScan

Deleting integrations with messengers, CRM or HelpDesk systems you don't need

Step 1: Delete the rule that sends mentions to an integration.

You can delete rules in Settings → Rules.

If you are not using a rule to automatically send mentions, start at Step 2.

Step 2: Go to the desired topic's Settings and select Integrations.

Step 3: Click the green button next to the integration that you want to disconnect.

Step 4: Click on the Bin icon next to the integration you want to delete.

To reconnect the same integration or add a different tool for processing mentions, check out these instructions.
